"Coro Da Camera" University Choir of The University of Life Sciences in Poznań, conducted by Barbara Dąbrowska-Silska, was estabilished in 1993. The choir acted initially as an association, then it was taken under the wing of The Agricultural University. It is a chamber choir, it’s members are mostly students and graduates of The Univercity and other universities of Poznań. Its repertoire consists of various styles and music forms, from ancient to contemporary music.

The choir is a member of The Wielkopolska Union of Choirs and Orchestras and performs in many concerts in Poznań (eg. repeated participation in The Town Hall Serenades, The University Choirs Meetings, The Bethlehems of Poznań, various city concerts and solo concerts). Choir takes part in the University events on a regular basis.

In 2013 the choir celebrated 20th anniversary of its artistic activity. On this occasion, the choir performed, in cooperation with the Baroque Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Poznan, Magnificat in G minor by Antonio Vivaldi and also released a commemorative album containing mentioned masterpiece.

On the 22nd of June our choir took part in 8th National Review of Sacral Song Vox Domini in Prusice, where we achieved a third place!
Our coming goal is International Choir Competition in Italy (Rimini), on the 25-29th of September.
