As part of the TECHEGGS project implemented at our faculty (POIR.01.01.01-00-2169/20, NCBiR,) led by Prof. UPP dr hab. Joanna Kobus-Cisowska and dr inż. Tomasz Szablewski, the “Scientific and research stand for pasteurization of yolk, albumen and egg mass and the management of defective eggs” was developed.
